By accessing or using Launchify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Launchify provides a platform for creating Solana SPL tokens and Ethereum ERC-20 tokens. The Service facilitates token creation on public blockchain networks. We do not custody your tokens or private keys at any point.

Token creation requires a one-time fee paid in the native cryptocurrency of the selected network (SOL or ETH). Fees are non-refundable once a transaction has been broadcast to the blockchain, regardless of whether token creation succeeds or fails due to network conditions. Fees are displayed clearly before you submit any transaction.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Always conduct your own research before creating or investing in any token.

You are responsible for: - Ensuring you own or have rights to any logo or content you upload - Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction - The tokens you create and how they are used or distributed - Safeguarding your wallet credentials and private keys

You may not use the Service to: - Create tokens designed to defraud or mislead others - Impersonate existing projects or trademarks - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Launch securities without appropriate compliance

Launchify and its design, code, and content are the property of their respective owners. Logos and token metadata you upload remain your responsibility. By uploading content you represent that you have the right to do so.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that token creation will always succeed. Blockchain networks are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of tokens, failed transactions, or any blockchain-related issues.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
