When you use Launchify we collect: - Your public wallet address (provided by you when connecting) - Token details you enter (name, symbol, supply, description, logo) - Social links and creator info if you choose to add them - Transaction hashes for payment verification - Server logs including IP address and browser information

We use the information to: - Create and store your token records - Verify payment transactions on-chain - Generate and host token metadata (required for on-chain display) - Send notifications to the site administrator when a token is created - Improve and maintain the Service

Token metadata (name, symbol, logo, description, social links) is written to public blockchain networks and to publicly accessible JSON files on our servers. This data is permanent and cannot be deleted from the blockchain once minted.

Token logos you upload are stored on our servers and served publicly so that wallets and explorers can display your token. By uploading an image you consent to it being publicly accessible.

We use a session cookie solely to maintain your admin login state if you are the site administrator. We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics.

We may use the following third-party services: - Solana RPC providers (e.g. Helius) to interact with the Solana network - Ethereum RPC providers (e.g. Infura) to interact with Ethereum - ntfy.sh for administrator push notifications - Google Fonts for typography - Cloudflare CDN for font-awesome icons These providers have their own privacy policies.

Token records, metadata files, and logos are retained indefinitely as they form part of the permanent on-chain record. Server logs may be retained for up to 90 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold. Note that data already written to a public blockchain cannot be altered or deleted. Contact us to exercise any other rights.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Wallet private keys are never requested or stored by us.
